To protect our clients’ competitive advantage, we don’t provide best-selling lists. Clients send us product links or photos, and we source the items for them.

We don’t maintain a public stock catalog. If a product you request for a quote is in stock, we can offer faster, same-day pick & pack service.

If the product is available on AliExpress, there’s a high chance we can source it, provided it’s still being manufactured and isn’t subject to exclusive production contracts or trademarks.

PROCESSING

Once you are onboarded and assigned a fulfillment team, we’ll walk you through the steps to connect us to your store.

Processing typically takes 1-3 days, depending on the manufacturer’s responsiveness. Our team will notify you of any delays before purchasing. If a hot-selling item is identified, we will ensure inventory is available for same-day pick & pack.

We process quotations upon receipt of product details, typically through AliExpress links, Shopify links, or photos. Our team sources the product and provides you with a quote, which includes packing and shipping costs. The quoted price is all you’ll pay—no hidden fees.

Our fulfillment teams use MaBang ERP 3, the most robust ERP available, but we also support CSV file uploads for client convenience.

Once our agents are connected to your store, fulfillment is handled automatically. You’ll receive notifications if there are any alerts that require your attention.

Everything! The quotation includes the cost of goods, shipping, and any applicable fees.

Yes! Bundle orders are discounted due to the lack of additional barcode fees for separate parcels. Weight charges still apply.

Yes, we provide tracking for all parcels via Dropship Track. Discreet tracking is enabled, meaning no origin from China is shown, and parcels are only tracked in the destination country.

YunExpress maintains a 98% delivery success rate within the given time frames, and we update shipping averages monthly based on real global data.

YunExpress does not ship liquids over 500ml, dangerous goods, or prohibited items (e.g., batteries, firearms). However, products with built-in batteries are accepted.

Shipping costs depend on the parcel size, weight, and destination. The all-inclusive quote you receive from our sourcing team will include all shipping and handling fees.
